Spot Prawns (Spring)

Looking for a quick and easy protein to cook that tastes like lobster? These spot prawns (also known as Alaska shrimp) are perfect for shrimp cocktails, kabobs, taco appetizers, and more! Caught in pots, not bottom trawled like most wild shrimp or farmed raised from Asia, these sweet, lobster-like shrimp don't even need to be deveined. Be careful, though, as once you try them, you may not want any other shrimp again.
